Founder
Jeff McMillioan is the founder of Superfoam Insulation, where his entrepreneurial drive, passion for construction, and ability to forge strong relationships have fueled the company’s rapid growth.
With a 20+ year background in construction and design leadership, Jeff brings an experience-first mindset to Superfoam. He is known for having a rare blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and impeccable attention to detail in everything he does.
Prior to Superfoam, Jeff was an accomplished Design Executive in the technology industry where he led product, brand, and marketing design teams at FloSports, VRBO, and frog design.
Alfie Henshaw
Sales Manager
Alfie Henshaw brings over 25 years of construction sales and business development to Superfoam. He has deep insulation industry knowledge and is known for being strategic, solution-oriented, and committed to customer success.
Prior to Superfoam, he was an outside sales executive for IDI Distributors where he delivered record-breaking growth, built strong customer partnerships, and helped contractors successfully launch and scale their businesses.
Prior to his time in the insulation industry, Alfie managed large, multi-state territories at TREX Company.
